XLPE FOAM (CROSS LINKED POLYTHYLENE FOAM)The processing of cross linked polyethylene foam, which has a closed‐cell structure, has been investigated. In this study, two types of linear low‐density polyethylene (LL) produced by a metallocene catalyst were crosslinked by dicumyl peroxide (DCP). The expansion ratio of the foams decreases with increasing the DCP content, which is due to the enhancement of the elastic modulus. Moreover, the crystallization temperature Tc of the foams is also responsible for the expansion ratio. After expansion, the crosslinked foam with lower Tc shrinks to a great degree prior to the crystallization, which is attributed to the volume reduction of the gas in the cells. As a result, the expansion ratio decreases. The degree of shrinkage decreases with increasing the Tc, because immediate crystallization prevents the shrinkage.Density or “hardness” ranges from 2.0 lbs pcf (lbs per ft3) and extends to 30 lbs pcf.Thickness of the roll/sheet ranges anywhere from 1/32″ to 4″. Widths of the roll/sheet vary from our standard 60″ to as wide as 72″. (A typical roll diameter is approximately 36″.)Lengths of the roll/sheet ranges anywhere from 10 ft to 2,000 ft.Colors are classed within two categories. The standard colors are natural (the color of French vanilla ice cream), gray, charcoal, and black. ALUMINIUM COIL & SHEETFabrication Aluminium 5251 is not generally hot worked. It is very readily cold formable in the annealed condition, as it is ductile. Forming loads and tool & press wear are generally less than with carbon steel. For piercing and blanking the punch to die clearance should be about 7% of the thickness per side for the H32 & H34 tempers. Sharp tools are required.SAI INSULATION INDIA IS A LEADING, SUPPLYING, MANUFACTURING, DEALERS, DISTRUBUTERSINSULATION MATERIALS INSTALETION, CONTRACTORE, THERMAL ACCOSTIC, HOT, COLD INSULATION WORK AND SUPPLY,SAI INSULATION INDIANO- 14, GROUND FLOOR, KALIKA NAGAR,ANDRALLI MAIN ROAD,NEAR PEENYA2ND STAGE,BANGALORE - 58Ajay9738386050 9900190088saiinsulationindia@gmail.com

Mineral woolMineral wool is perhaps the best known of the whole range of insulation types. It is widely used in all sectors of industry, transport and building for thermal, acoustic and fire-protection purposes. Despite this, there is still a common misconception that mineral wool is a specific product type – it is not. Mineral wool is a generic name for a range of man-made non-metallic inorganic fibres. The following definitions should help to clarify the situation:1. Mineral fibre: A generic term for all non-metallic inorganic fibres.2.Mineral wool: A generic term for mineral fibres of a woolly consistency, normally made from molten glass, rock or slag.3. Glass wool: A mineral wool produced from molten glass.4.Rock wool: A mineral wool produced from naturally occurring igneous rock.5. Slag wool: A mineral wool produced from molten furnace slag. From these it can be seen that rock wool, slag wool and glass wool are all mineral wools.Mineral Wool Decorative Acoustic BoardMineral wool decorative acoustic board adopts slag wool as main raw material and added in certain amount of bonding agent, dust-preventive agent and water-repelling agent, and then is produced through processing techniques such as pressurizing, drying and finishing etc. It has unique performances such as lightweight, sound absorption, fireproof, heat preservation and insulation and good decorative effect etc. and suitable for the decoration of suspended ceilings in public buildings such as hotels, conference halls, office buildings, departure lounges of airport and theaters etc.SAI INSULATION INDIANO- 14, GROUND FLOOR, KALIKA NAGAR,ANDRALLI MAIN ROAD,NEAR PEENYA2ND STAGE,BANGALORE - 58Ajay9738386050 9900190088saiinsulationindia@gmail.com

Metal Foam with Improved Sound AbsorptionThe most common sound absorption material is porous glass wool fiber, which is inexpensive, but it has poor tolerance of temperature changes, low strength, and softness. In addition, its sound absorption decreases over time [35]. This porous fiber can also damage the human skin, respiratory system, eyes, and mucosa during production and installation. Compared to the other kinds of sound absorption materials, metal foams are stable; their sound absorption coefficient remains about the same over long periods. Hence, metal foams are a new generation of environmentally friendly materials. Despite this, they have some unsatisfactory aspects, so improvements have been made to metal foams to increase sound absorption [21].SAI INSULATION INDIANO- 14, GROUND FLOOR, KALIKA NAGAR,ANDRALLI MAIN ROAD,NEAR PEENYA2ND STAGE,BANGALORE - 58Ajay9738386050 9900190088saiinsulationindia@gmail.comDelars in ROCKWOOL,MINERALWOOL,FIBER GLASSWOOL,LOOSE GLASSWOOL,NITTRIL RUBBER,ROCKWOOL LRB,XLPE FOAM, CERAMIC WOOL EXTSTAGE,BANGALORE – 58

BUBBLE SHEETProduct description:The Bubble Wrap Insulation Material have one/two layers of air bubble films that are laminated with aluminum foil on one or both sides. The Air Bubble Film Rolls can effectively reflect 97 % of the radiant heat and hence, it can be termed as a proper insulation. The single or double layer bubble wrap in the Air Bubble Film Rolls is properly sandwiched between the foil to slow down the heat flow. All in all, the Air Bubble Film Roll is a thermal break that blocks the radiated heat through the foil and stops the convective and conductive heat flow through insulation.APPLICATIONS• Roof insulation• Pre-engineered building under roof insulation• Rafter insulation• Home insulation (attics & floor)DETAILSTotal Thickness (MM) : mmReflection Ratio : 97%Thermal Resistance Emissivity : 0.03-0.04Temperature Range : -122 to 230 (-50oC 110 oC)Product details:Thickness 8MM ,12MM,10MM Material Aluminium Surface Treatment Coated Color Silver

Sound is measured in a unit called the 'decibel' (dB). Our hearing range starts at 10 decibels (dB) and is considered safe up to 70 dB. Any prolonged exposure of sound of around 90 dB will lead to permanent damage to human ears. Extensive destruction and pain to the auditory nerves occurs at 140 dB. and destruction andpersistent ringing in ears will occur immediately at 150-160 dB.There are two types noise control in buildings.Air Born Sound - sound coming from air when the sound is produced directly to the air, like speech, sound from radio, TV, airplane.Structure born are the sounds created when someone walks on a floor close to the flat, objects falling on the floor, house hold appliances etc.Reverberation time is the time taken for the sound pressure level to drop by 60 dB after the generated noise has been stopped.Areas with a long reverberation time are referred to as being 'live', e.g. cathedrals and churches. Those with a short reverberation time are referred to as being 'dead', e.g. offices with thick carpets and absorbent ceilings.A reduction of 60 dB in the sound pressure level is equivalent to the reduction of acoustic energy by a factor of one million. As a rough guide, the reverberation time of a room is approximately equal to the time it takes for loud clapping to become inaudible.STC (Sound Transmission Class) value is a single number rating to specify the reduction in sound levels that the partition provides. The sound transmission loss performance of a partition is measured using ASTM E 90
